What is the type of information I need to submit to the Bank at the time of account opening?
A. You need to submit the information to establish your identity and your address and a copy of your latest photograph. You can choose from the variety of the documents acceptable by the Bank for this purpose. The documents accepted by the Bank are as under:
- Passport
- PAN Card
- Voters Identity Card
- Identity card issued by the employer (subject to Bank's satisfaction)
- Photo Credit Card

Driving License
- Letter from a Gazetted officer verifying the identity and attesting photograph and address.
B. Proof of current address: (any one of the following)
- Telephone bill
- Electricity bill
- Gas connection receipt
- Ration Card
- Bank account statement
- Letter from employer (subject to Bank’s Satisfaction)
- Any document which provides current address information (subject to Bank’s satisfaction)
C. Recent Photograph (passport size)
